Partnership Overview

Furniture

  • Receive out Deep Seat furniture for your home (up to $2,500) as payment for opening up your space

  • The furniture chosen for your space is based on our mutual needs (our marketing goals and what fits in your space & compliments your interior design).

  • The furniture will arrive to your door and you will assemble as any other customer would.

Shoot Details

  • We will schedule a shoot date for your space (including back up dates).

  • We will be in your home creating photo/video content for 4-10 hours, typically split between 2 days.

  • We may bring extra decor items and move things around in your space as needed.

  • We will leave your home the way we found it.

  • Extra: If you’re willing and interested, we can discuss the possibility of shooting lifestyle photos/videos of your family interacting with our furniture. We would include these high-quality photos as an added bonus.

Scouting Process

  • Step 1: Apply!

  • Step 2: You’ll receive an email from our content specialist and will be asked to submit photos of your space(s) from various angles (living room, staircase, front door, and any other interesting parts of your home).

  • Step 3: If selected to move onto this step, a Home Reserve representative will come to your home to scout and take a few photos to make sure your space would work for our marketing objectives.

  • Step 4: If your home has been selected as a Home Reserve Home Studio, we will then coordinate a shoot date and all additional pieces.

Important Disclaimers

  • As of August 9th 2024, we ask that you do not post furniture replacing your Home Reserve products, for 6 months from your content deadline. This gives our team time to share your content.

  • This is a business partnership and furniture is considered payment (not gifted). We require all partners to fill out a w9, meaning you will receive a 1099 to file with your taxes.

  • At this time, we are partnering for Deep Seat only.

  • If your uploaded content does not meet these guidelines, we will reach out and require additional guided content from you.

  • If you fail to meet your partnership requirements by the agreed-upon deadline, you may be charged for your order.
